Overcoming burnout requires taking action, so I’ve created a workbook that will help you work through the Action exercises.
Print it out, and use the chart to keep track of which Actions you have completed. Space is provided in the workbook for you to complete most of the exercises, but some exercises will need a separate journal or notebook so you have plenty of space to write. Some people find it helpful to repeat selected exercises several months along the journey of recovery, and responses can change significantly in that time. If you wish to do this, simply download another copy of the workbook!
