When you’re burnt-out, you’re exhausted, you have no energy, and it’s hard to muster the motivation to perform the daily tasks of life. Having to summon the energy to take on more things to actually address burnout feels almost impossible. Maybe you’ve tried googling “how to manage burnout”, and seen page after page of results with advice and things you should be doing…….and been left feeling overwhelmed.
Burnout is complex. But burnout management needs to begin simply.
You don’t have to start meditating for an hour each morning, and getting massages and bubble baths, and change the way you eat, and get an hour of exercise a day, and go to therapy, and make big changes at work, and stop drinking coffee.
What you need is a framework to approach things simply.
A framework that helps you to make changes thoughtfully and slowly, in a way that is sustainable.
By the end of this webinar, you will…
- Understand the process of burnout recovery
- Have a clear framework for approaching burnout management
- Understand the 3 dimensions of managing burnout
- Have selected the one action you will take first in managing burnout
- Know what to expect as you progress along your journey of burnout recovery
There will be time for questions at the end.
The webinar will be run using ‘Zoom meetings’.
By default, your camera and microphone will be turned off when you join the meeting. It is completely your choice whether you keep your camera turned off, or whether you’d like to turn it on!
Please keep your microphone on mute during the first part of the session, and then you can un-mute yourself to ask questions at the end.
Dr Amy Imms will speak on this topic for approximately 20 minutes, and then there will be time for some questions.
