Do you struggle to make time for yourself?
Do you feel stressed and overwhelmed, and you know you need to make space in your calendar to focus on your wellbeing, but it just never seems to happen?
Do you spend all your time taking care of others, but not yourself?
And on the rare occasion you do, you end up feeling a bit guilty?
Join us, and make self-care a priority.
This burnout support group helps you to make time to do just that.
- You’ll meet other people going through the same struggles – you’re not alone, or a failure, or weak!
- You’ll have a chance to vent and express your struggles.
- We’ll share strategies, ideas, and encouragement.
- I’ll speak about a topic relevant to burnout, and we’ll discuss how that can be applied to each of our daily busy chaotic lives.
- You’ll leave with your burden shared, new ideas, and a plan for the week ahead.
- It’s a commitment, booked into your diary, so it becomes a priority for you. Everyone else knows you have an appointment and can’t be disturbed.
If this sounds like what you need, please join me.
Each fortnight, you can grab a hot beverage, find a comfy spot, and make time for you for a change.
For $39, you know your self-care time won’t disappear week after week.
You can be confident that you’ll get a dedicated time of learning, growth, support, and self-focus.
You’ll know you’ll have a time of nourishment before the week ahead.
And if you decide the group’s a good fit for you, you can purchase 5 meetings for $125, bringing the weekly meeting investment down to only $25.
Support groups are held using Zoom Meetings, so you’ll need a computer or handheld device and headphones.
The group will run for between 1- 1 1/2 hours, depending on the group size and therefore time required for discussion.
Group numbers are strictly limited, so that members can form connections and get the most out of the group environment.
A minimum group of 3 attendees is required for a meeting to proceed. If it happens that the minimum number have not registered within 2 days of a scheduled meeting, the meeting will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
Note that this is not a “therapy group”. In the context of these meetings, I am not your treating doctor. I will not know your medical history, or your current state of mental health. All information discussed should be regarded as general advice, and not necessarily applicable to your unique circumstances. If you have any concerns or require further assistance with applying group discussions to your situation, please discuss advice with your own doctor prior to acting upon it. You also have the option of booking burnout counselling sessions with me, which will provide a thorough exploration of your struggles and specific advice for you to follow.
Please do not participate in this group if you:
- Are currently experiencing moderate-severe depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, or any other mental illness.
- Are seeking individual medical advice.
- Are under 18 years of age
Imagine meeting up with a group of people sharing the same struggles as you, perhaps in a cafe or retreat space.
We will share burdens, encourage one another, and grow together.
These people will become your safe, trusted, supportive allies, as we gather together through thick and thin.
What do you do if this sounds like exactly what you need right now?

I look forward to welcoming you, and sharing the struggles and joys of life.
