I’m Amy, a doctor, author, and mother of 5. After I experienced the overwhelm and isolation of burnout, I made it my mission to provide the support and resources to others that I couldn’t find for myself.
My favourite part of my work is when I get the privilege of guiding others on their journey to recovery from burnout. It makes my day when one of my counselling clients makes a breakthrough in understanding themselves and what changes they need to make. It brings me great joy when someone in my program gains a shift in perspective that allows a radical change in how they approach a challenge.
When you realise that things need to change, and you commit to yourself by investing your time in recovery, then I commit to you wholeheartedly in return. My only goal is for you to recover from burnout and find a place of contentment and fulfilment. And I’m there for you on that journey. I’m in touch with you regularly, encouraging you, answering your questions, and helping you to keep ongoing when you feel like giving up.
