I’m Amy, a doctor, author, and mother of 5. After I experienced the overwhelm and isolation of burnout, I made it my mission to provide the support and resources to others that I couldn’t find for myself.
My favourite part of my work is when I get the privilege of guiding others on their journey to recovery from burnout. It makes my day when one of my counselling clients makes a breakthrough in understanding themselves and what changes they need to make. It brings me great joy when someone in my program gains a shift in perspective that allows a radical change in how they approach a challenge.
