Do you wonder whether you’re burnt-out, but then wonder if maybe you’re “just stressed” or this is what normal modern day life feels like?
This webinar will provide a brief overview of what burnout is, and how you can know whether *you* are burnt-out.
Dr Amy Imms will speak on this topic for approximately 20 minutes, and then there will be time for some questions.
The webinar will be run using ‘Zoom meetings’.
